In short: neither application collects any data, because neither connects to the network.
What we do not collect
No personal data, no usage statistics, no analytics, no crash reporting, no advertising identifiers. The applications have no account system and ask you for nothing.
Where your data lives
Entirely on your own device. Library data, playlists, ratings and equalizer settings are stored locally and never leave it.
Network connections
The applications never initiate a connection. You can check this yourself — on Android, the system app info screen lists exactly which permissions it requests.
This website
This site uses no analytics and sets no tracking cookies. The only cookie used is NEXT_LOCALE, which records the interface language you chose. It contains nothing that identifies you and is never sent to third parties.
Installers are served from our own domain dl.cxapps.app, which is backed by Cloudflare R2; when you download, Cloudflare’s privacy policy applies to that connection.
